Do not spend too much time on the computer,just look email,sites relationship and sending mail the a friends.children and adults who spend time surfing the web and belive that parents should limit their children in for computer,video game ...Stop in front of a computer for a long time shold not do very well... Jokes of children and ball,dolls and not in front of computer and video games.
